Refund policy

At mgluxe, we specialize in high-end luxury technology. To maintain our standards and ensure the hygiene and quality of our products (especially pet tech), we have a specific return process.

1. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Window

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all medical-grade and AI wellness technology returns to cover specialized inspection and shipping.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original factory-sealed packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, items like Smart Litter Boxes or Pet Brushes cannot be returned once the internal packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

2. Return Shipping Costs

As we offer Free UK Shipping on all luxury orders, the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in transit.A 20% restocking fee applies to all high-ticket items returned with a broken factory seal

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your luxury tech arrives damaged or has a mechanical fault, please contact us at info@mgluxe.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (including Klarna or Clearpay).
