mgluxe Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Fast Insured Shipping on all our premium products.

United Kingdom: 5–9 business days.

United States: 3–7 business days (via our local US warehouses).

International: 7–14 business days (depending on location).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or high seasonal volume.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website’s "Track Order" page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

mgluxe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@mgluxe.co.uk immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
